how many of your clients actually realize how much work and preparation you have to do
to make a sale a success. Until we started working together to prepare for my sale, I had
absolutely no idea how much was involved. Jimmy, being a 4th generation Auctioneer is
quite something. The generations preceding you had to be pretty darn good to match what
I witnessed. You are truly amazing. Besides all the work and prep that went into the sale,
you really had your work cut out for you being that you had the contents of two (2) houses
to keep track of at the same time. We really put you to the test. The sale was a big success,
as we all had hoped it to be. I want you to know I will recommend you to anyone and
